This morning we went out along the rue de Levis to do most of our shopping for Christmas Eve. This entailed calisons, chocolate and pate en croute. This afternoon we went to the Square des Batignolles and then I walked along to the rue de Douai to visit the model shops.

| There is signalbox, stuck on to the side of the building, which controlled the entrance and exit of trains to Saint-Lazare. Not sure whether it is still in use. |
